I spent a good part of today cleaning. My chambers had become quite untidy and the kitchen and bathroom were in need of some TLC so I did my best to make them beautiful again
I can’t say cleaning is one of my favourite activities, but I put on some lovely baroque music and daydream while I work. I try and take a page from Cinderella’s book - even Princesses have to work hard sometimes, but that doesn’t change who they are inside, and who says you can’t have fun while you’re doing it?
The Prince is coming over for tea tonight, so I am going to make yummy roast vegetables. Winter meals are so hearty and delicious, I only wish we had a fireplace here.
When I was little we used to toast apples over the fire and eat them steaming hot! There is something very romantic about fireplaces, gas heaters don’t quite have the same glow.

I agree, it´s not very funny to clean your house. It´s just something you have to do.
But you look so pretty in your pink clothes, but did you really clean your house in those clothes? I would be terrified to ruin them.
Best regards
Isabelle

Princess, I know Your chambers need to be kept clean but actually seeing You do it seems somehow incongurous - Your maid should have done it before she took time off!!!
Mmmm, vegetables roasted in an oven bag with herbs and potatoes are SO delicious - I hope You and the Prince enjoy very much Your cosy meal - perhaps with a glass of wine?

I am myself in the midst of cleaning and decorating my own room. generally if it’s just tidying and getting rid of things I actually kind of enjoy it.
I hope your evening with the prince is lovely, and dinner sounds delicious.

Wow, your room is so beautiful. And it’s just the washroom. Wow! I like cleaning but I hate scrubbing. I hope you and your Prince will have a nice lovely dovey evening together X3

Ahaha, I know exactly what it feels like to be a cleaning princess!
-__-; I’m in the same situation with laundry and room cleaning.
Also, I didn’t know you toasted apples over the fire! When I was a little I used to do that as well, except we never had a fireplace, so I used to cut the apple in half, stick a fork in it, and roast it over the burner atop the stove!

Omg! You look so swet and innocent. Just like a little princess. I like the way you dress. I would like to have clothes like that, but I am just too shy to go outside like dressed that way.. Because of what people might think about me. You probably dont even remeber me…I am that girl from croatia who asked you a question..LOL
PS: Sorry if I made mistakes while writing this

Isabelle: You’d be surprised how much you can do in lolita clothes if you’re careful and wear an apron. I will do some things like cleaning and baking, but for gardening and messy jobs like that I will change in to “rags”
Nigel: Neither of us drink wine! But I would like to try mulled wine some day, it sounds spicy and delicious.
Olivia: It can be fun to re-organize things, you find some things you forgot you had and make room for new items!
Sakura: Our washroom gets dirty very quickly, it is a constant battle to keep it clean >.< the walls are a very pretty blue though!
Abbie-chan: Did you really! I never thought of that, roasted apples are the best though, especially with a little cinnamon sugar!
Hikari: Of course I remember you! ^_^ Welcome back. Going outside in lolita takes a lot of courage, but its fun too!
Mimi Chocolat: Thank you! It is hard to find much on Macoto, I think because he is not very popular outside japan.
