Daisies for Innocence

daisydaisy I was feeling a little lethargic this morning, I think it was the blissful sunny weather that makes me want to spend the whole day laying in a field somewhere, picking pictures out of the clouds :cloudy: To motivate myself I made a little to-do list and have been gradually ticking items off it. I had to go to the post office and library so once I had those errands out of the way I bought myself some chocolates and flowers (how romantic :hearttwo: *giggles*) The flowers this time are big cheerful daisies! In the language of flowers, Daisies stand for Innocence. We used to make daisy chains from african daisies as children, though they didn’t smell as sweet as these ones.

I made some more jewelry today! A pretty bracelet to match my pearl chains. It has little pink jewels dangling from between the pure white pearls and a big bow made from pink and white polka dot ribbon! I like making bracelets because bought bracelets don’t tend to fit my abnormally small wrists.

Tonight the Prince and I are going to the hills to house-sit for the king and care for his prized hunting dog :dog: (who is getting on in years) I am looking forward to being back in the forrest, though it gets very cold up there! I have something special planned for tomorrow too, I just hope the rain holds off long enough! I wonder if any of the early spring flowers have started to bloom :spring:

Awww, lovely! Isn’t the language of flowers called something funny that rhymes? I can’t remember it for the life of me.

I’m sort of imagining the king’s house as some hidden romantic cabin. Even if it’s not, the mental image is lovely and I hope you have fun~ Ooooh, what’s the special thing?

It sounds like you’ve been having a lovely time lately, and I must say your daisies are beautiful. Will you be sharing photos of your creatins with us?
