Jewels and Literature

Marie Antoinette Necklace I had a relaxing day at home today, as we ended up going out to Karaoke last night and got home quite late. After breakfast I went for a walk to the library, the weather was perfect again, a cool breeze to caress the cheek and warm sunshine to kiss the brow. I picked up “A Darkling Plain” which is the last part of a very good series by Phillip Reeve and a beautiful book on flower lore :flower: I sat in the park to read for a bit and looked up “Daisy” and in summary it said “The love flower; contempt for worldly goods; a favourite amoung lovers, poets and children.” which was interesting and sweet.

In the mail today I recieved this beautiful necklace that I bought off etsy.com from an australian jewelry maker, I love the design and the delicate rose quartz pendant. Its a very pretty addition to my crown jewels. :sparkle:

I spent about an hour this afternoon trying to put together a coordinate for a special event this weekend, I think I’ve almost figured it out now but I will need to do a hair trial tomorrow. I really don’t like curling my hair, its so troublesome. I also have to go to the craft store after work tomorrow to pick up some materials for the Prince’s outfit, I am really excited about making his! He will look so dashing.
