Yesterday, after having to go downtown to get a very boring seller's permit for the LA Dolpa, I treated myself to some lavender shortbread cookies from my favorite bakery, Miette (http://www.miette.com/) and came home to have them with some Lady Grey tea. Even just a couple of princess hours can make such a difference in an otherwise annoying day. It really does sound like you had a lovely day!
