The Tears of Roses
This morning I was out in the courtyard talking to the roses, and I noticed that while all else seemed dry, this single peach coloured rose, the only one in our garden, was crying crystal dewdrop tears. An hour or two later the Prince came to tell me that his Mother had passed away this morning.
She was a beautiful, kind and caring lady and will be sorely missed by many. I am glad her suffering has finally ended and I pray there will be many beautiful roses like this one where she is now.
With all my love, may she rest in peace.

Oh, I’m so sorry. You two are way too young to have this kind of sadness in your lives. *hugs*

Strange how a beautiful flower blooms as a loved one passes away. I hope she rests in peace as well.
(Don’t mind me! Just some random person who came across your blog through The Princess Code)

I know I don’ talk to you and andrew nearly as much as I would like to, but I’d really like to form a friendship with you.
I can’t help but feel a sense of relief for the Prince’s mother, as her pain and suffering has ended. But I also know the tragic loss and emotion someone feels when they lose someone dear to them.
I want you to know that if you ever need to vent, or cry, or simply have a day-out with to regain your calm and relax your mind, my door is always open :)
I wish you the best in your journies through life, likewise for the Prince. Him and his remaining lovedones are in my thoughts, prayers and well-wishes.
Much love form someone who’s a little too quiet for her own good.
