Skye’s Princess Day
So what did I get up to this International Princess Day? Well it got off to a bit of a slow start. I slept in a little because we were up late last night after the party, talking and dancing and enjoying ourselves. Some of the girls slept over in the living room which was still lit up by fairy lights and in the morning we just lazed about on the mattresses and talked for a while, in our little bower of balloons and streamers.
After everyone had left, I got ready to head out for my Princess Day! I wore my white chiffon OP and left my hair out. The weather has been so beautiful all weekend, 
sunny and a little cool and just perfect. As I caught the bus to Highgate I watched the little streamers of cloud, like angel hair, that streaked across the blue sky. When I reached Beaufort street, one of my favourite shopping districts I spent a little while browsing my usual stores. The Lady in 
‘Heart & Home’ was kind enough to let me take a photo to share with you, which you can see here! Its the most feminine little gift store, and they sell the sweetest things. I also visited Ware, which is a quirky little shop and bought some Tabi socks! They are so cute, I will have to take photos tomorrow. I spent a while in the store next to it aswell, which imports French beauty products. I love smelling all the little bottles.
For afternoon tea, I stopped by The Leaf where I had a yummy Chai Latte
and an adorable little vanilla cupcake with a pink icing swirl on top. The Leaf always has a delicious range of treats and they make some amazing teas too. After relaxing and reading my book for a while, I headed on towards Planet Books. 
Bookstores are like candy shops to me, and I pored over some of the new releases by Phillip Reeve and Dianna Wynne Jones before heading on to my next destination, the Day Spa.
I had a four o’clock appointment for a facial at Keturah, a Spa that I have not visited before but really enjoyed! I love the chairs in their reception area, they’re high backed and painted gold, like little thrones. 
The treatment was incredibly relaxing. It went for about and hour, and included a facial steam, exfoliation, mask and shoulder/head massage. It was so nice I very nearly fell asleep, and when it was over my skin was practically glowing! It feels so soft too. If you’ve never had a facial, I can definitely reccomend it. 
Its a pleasant experience and makes you feel quite the pampered Princess.
After leaving Keturah, I browsed the many flower stores
that line the street and then walked up the road to Hanami, one of my favourite japanese restaurants. I ordered Udon and Vegetable Tempura which was delicious, and so filling! 
It was a nice way to end the day, listening to all the conversations around me as I ate. When I left the restaurant it was dark, not too cold but very clear and 
I could see the stars above me.
Its been a wonderful Princess Day, with the Party included I don’t think I’ve had such a fun weekend in a long time! What did you do for Princess day?

I’m glad that you had such a wonderful princess day! I will celebrate the next weekend (i.e. treat myself) as I’ve got too much to do this week.
The day itself wasn’t that great, though, as my eye hurt the whole day. It turned out I have a slight infection. But it will go away, so it’s nothing serious.
I plan to go to school in Lolita tomorrow, though, seeing as it’s such nice spring weather here in Switzerland. (: I’m really looking forward to being able to dress Lolita more often.

We had a long weekend this week, and it was such a coincidence that it was on Princess’ Day! Unfortunately I’m feeling rather sick and my mental schedule is quite messy, and my lolita wardrobe is taking shape yet ^^; And shops here aren’t as nice as in Perth! I wish I could go, because I have a friend who lives in Australia and also, Japan is quite close to it OwO i can’t wait to go to the Moi-Même-Moitié shops!
Your princess day sounds veeeery delightful. I’m glad you have such friends with your same taste! And I wish I was brave enough to go to a spa once in my lifetime but I’m too shy and self concious ^^; it’s a weird fear, but who knows, maybe I can go to one someday!

Unfortunantly I was unable to celebrate International Princess Day at all due to massive amounts of work and my sister’s Senior Blessing.
Therefore, I will celebrate it on 6/05.

I’m so glad you had a wonderful day of pampering yourself n.n
I had school today so I didn’t get to do as much as I would have liked but it was still extremely enjoyable. I let myself sleep in an extra hour instead of getting up early like I usually do. I even dressed up in a Lolita dress my sister bought me in France n.n
My Prince mailed me a large envelope of letters and poems in French and made sure it got to my home today n.n It was all written in calligraphy and even had a wax seal on the back n.n I wrote letters to people on some Angelic Pretty stationary I’ve been meaning to use and took a nice walk to the post office. After dinner i had dessert and tea. I also took a long bath. I really loved today n.n The King was rather annoyed at my prancing around all weekend telling him that International Princess Day was coming up n.n

I celebrated on May 4 by having a supper party with my friend, and later we watched Enchanted. It was chilly here, so we had hot soup and apple pie. Such a lovely time! Every day should be princess day!

wow! You’re princess day sounds wonderful. Must have been very relaxing. Yesterday was very fun for me. I went shopping with my mum and found the perfect purse for me. I was soo happy.
For my mother’s princess day, she got her hair done. While she was getting it done, I snuck out of the salon and finished shopping for mother’s day. She was done when I got back and she looked so happy!! We ordered Italian food and took it home. And then I was finally able to watch a week’s worth of House on my tivo. I want to do this again next year. I had so much fun!!!!
