These are Freesias! They are my favourite spring flowers that grow locally. They look like little white and gold trumpets and they smell amazing the only thing I can compare their scent to is orris root, :flower: but they have fresher airy notes. Burying my nose in a boquet of these is brings back happy memories of the forest near my parents palace where there were fields of them that bloomed around my birthday and we would have picnics and lay in them and come back smelling like spring.

Last night the Prince and I went out with our friend Danielle, she is actually the person who introduced us so it was really nice to catch up with her. I’m sad that she’s moving to canada in a few months. :onigiri: I had japanese for dinner (tempura udon, my favourite!) and we went shopping. Danielle bought me the cutest pen! The end is shaped like a heart and it has strawberries all over it :heartsmall: I hope we can see her again before she leaves!

I felt I just had to share with you the massive cloud of fragrant jasmine outside my chamber windows right now. :hearttwo: Isn’t it amazing? There are more photos in the gallery for you to enjoy. I really feel like spring is on its way now, I have started seeing some freesias and the oak tree at the church down the road is getting its first leaves (baby oak leaves are adorable!)

It is impossible to be unhappy surrounded by so many flowers. :flower:

The weather was perfect today as well, and I wish I had an excuse to spend more of it outside. It would be such a nice day for a picnic. The Prince is happily settled in here now and I am enjoying a blissful day off, eating cookies and playing Flyff a little too much ^^;

Today was my first day off in a little while. I slept in a little and then had warm porridge and fruit toast for breakfast. Its nice to wake up slowly on sundays, expecially when the weather is overcast and drizzling :cloudy: and its warm and cozy inside.

Mirai and I have started playing a game called Flyff (Fly for Fun) its a free MMO in which you can fly! :star: Well, once you level up enough to get your broom. The graphics are really cute though, and the game is simple and more of a social enviroment than a competitive one. I’m really enjoying it so far. I want to choose Magician as my first class, because their outfits are so cute and I always like playing casters!

We had dinner with the King and Queen tonight, it was roast lamb and vegetables, and for desert crepes with vanilla icecream and blueberries! :strawberry: We discussed my upcoming birthday party and where it might be held. My Mother suggested some very pretty spots which I want to go see in person.

:flower: The Jasmine in our courtyard has come in to bloom early! There is a great frothy sweet scented mass of it outside my chambers and I only wish the weather was a little better so I could open my window and enjoy it.

I am sorry I haven’t updated much lately! I have been so busy. The Prince is moving - in to our Palace! I’m really excited about this but it is a lot of work too :droplets:

Lately I have been reading the Sugar Sugar Rune manga leant to me by Steph. I have seen the anime before, but the manga is quite a bit different! Chocola is so much cuter and Vanilla is a lot stronger willed. I really love the series in both forms. Its about two young witches from teh Magical World who come to the Human World to compete for the right to be Queen of the Magical World. Even though they’re rivals they’re also best freinds, and the aim of the competition is to capture “hearts” which are crystals made from the emotions of human beings! Their spells are so cute, they can make chocolates appear, or bubbles and make their hair shine :sparkle: (I wish I knew that one!) and a lot of the spells and names are in French which adds to the prettiness of the series. I love Mahou Shoujo!

Today was Christine’s birthday party. The theme was “Harry Potter” and although I’m not usually a big fan, Mirai and I got in to the spirit a bit and dressed up for fun. I chose to go as Pansy Parkinson, who is a rather mean girl in Slytherin and Mirai went as Moaning Myrtle who is a ghost! :star: I borrowed most of my costume from Skwerlie (thank you!) and made the wand myself. This is probably the shortest skirt you will ever see me in, but we decided Pansy was probably a bit like that!

The birthday girl was dressed as Bellatrix LeStrange and made a very evil hostess! :flower: It was a fun garden party with yummy food and cakes and a lot of photo taking! We had pretend duels and Wilson went broomstick riding. We gave Christine some chocolate for her birthday and made her a card with a chibi version of Bellatrix on it! Trust me it is hard to make Bellatrix look cute.

Thanks to Christine for a great party! It was fun to be a little witch for a day :frog:

It has been a little while since I have posted, but I’ve been so busy! :heartsmall: The Prince is moving in to the palace to live with Mirai-chan and I and we have been busy arranging all his possessions and getting them here. Its exciting though, I’ll be happy when he is comfortably installed in his own chambers. On the weekend I went to a Quiz night which was really fun, I got to catch up with a lot of old friends and I really enjoyed the whole event.

On Sunday night I went out with my sweetheart and we saw a movie, had a yummy meal and played games. We challenged ourselves to get enough “tickets” to win a cute Marie phone strap and succeeded! She’s joined Charmmy Kitty, Lolita Hello Kitty and Lucky Bunny who already live on my phone :bow: I feel really lucky that after five years together, we still go out on dates and have fun.

The jasmine is just starting to bloom outside my window, and my daisies are still looking beautiful, thats the same bunch I bought over a month ago! I am amazed at how long they are lasting. It feels like spring is almost here, I have even seen a few delicate Fuschia buds here and there. :flower:

This is Usazukin! She is a white bunny who wears various cute hooded outfits, this is the sweet lolita version. Obviously I have very low resistance to bunnies in lolita frills :rabbit: Parfait and Éclair are looking at her a bit funny because she’s wearing satin and synthetic lace (two big lolita no-nos!) but I think she is cute anyway.
