My skin feels like its glowing right now!
Today I had the chance to restock some of my ointments and creams that had been used up or expired and it is so nice to be able to have a full toilette once more.
The products I use are made locally, in a small country town set into rolling green pastures that make it feel like a little slice of pastoral england. The town is called Balingup and the company is called Tinderbox. I use their cosmetics almost exclusively because they are one of the few that actually use 100% natural ingredients in their skincare, while most “natural” cosmetics are mostly chemicals with a dash of plant extract.
I love opening the little bottles to the scent of orange flower water, freshly cut herbs and precious myrrh, scrubbing my skin with oats and honey and washing my face in morning dew. It makes me feel like Cleopatra or some Princess of old using these ancient recipes.
I also did a little shopping with the Prince, indulged in my favourite Strawberry and Kiwifruit nectar, and bought this beautiful photo frame! I love it’s rococo foliage and now I just have to find a picture to put inside! Perhaps an Angelic Pretty postcard or a little portrait of Marie Antoinette?

I agree with Alice, Princess, You somehow invest exquisiteness in every artefact You show us. Its Your own particular brand of magic!

And not to be a tag-a-long, but I agree with Alice and Nigel both! It’s so amazing how you find such pretty and delicate things everywhere you go, right down to your cosmetics! And I LOVE that frame … I can easily picture an Angelic Pretty postcard in it, I think it’d look perfect. Oh, and the little pink vase you posted last, it’s even more beautiful … I love the pink colour to it. ^^ Hehe.

Oh, how lovely! It reminds me a little of some frames my brother has, they are silver and inset with mirror tiles, and have lots of rococo swirling vines around them.
I wish I could find such pretty stuff on a regular basis, I so often find myself having to make most of mine.

You should put a lovely photo of the Prince in! :) I think he’ll be happy!
And natural cosmetics are the best!I use a product made of sea water to wash my face every morning. It’s so fresh and it brings many vitamins to your skin! ^__^

Alice: Those are excellent ideas! Thank you ^^ maybe a little rococo scene with a sheperdess or some such?
Nigel: Thank you! I really enjoy little finds like this, I think details are as important in decorating as in fashion.
Mallory: The vase is one of my favourite finds, and it was only $7! Its stuffed with gently curling ostrich feathers at the moment.
Olivia: I’m sure the items you make are even more lovely than store bought finds though! And they have your personal touch, which makes them more valuable.
Kyu: Haha! The Prince hates having his photo taken, maybe I will sneak one when he is not looking ^_~
