In a fairy tale an ogre would steal that lovely shadow, roll it up and hide it as a "precious" talisman in his forest-cave. Princess Skye would ride to Mirai's rescue, tricking the ogre into imprisoning himself in a tree-cleft and gallantly returning the beautiful shadow to Her friend.
